Week 30 :: Grilled Ranch Potatoes
/INGREDIENTS:
-2 lbs red potatoes, halved
-1/4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
-Lemon Juice (1/2 lemon)
-1/2 packet of ranch seasoning
-Kosher salt
-Black pepper
-Ranch dressing, for drizzling
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, lemon juice and ranch seasoning. Season with salt + pepper.
2. Thread potatoes on skewers and grill until tender and lightly charred. 15 minutes.
3. Drizzle with ranch. Serve hot!
